The Client Services team serves as the Tuck community’s primary technology support resource. It brings together three specialized groups: Client Technology Services, Client AV Services, and AV Engineering to provide seamless, reliable support for classroom technology, events, and day-to-day tech needs across campus. With a proactive, client-focused approach, the team emphasizes communication and collaboration to meet the evolving needs of the Tuck community.
Infrastructure and Software Engineering
The Infrastructure and Software Engineering team ensures robust, secure, and scalable technology solutions to support academic excellence and administrative effectiveness. Led by experienced engineers, the team manages critical IT infrastructure and custom software development, while closely collaborating with internal stakeholders and external partners. Through expert guidance and proactive innovation, the team drives the technology strategies essential to Tuck’s ongoing success.
Business Transformation
The Business Transformation team leads strategic initiatives to enhance Tuck’s online systems, applications, and digital processes, driving innovation and operational excellence aligned with the school's mission and priorities. Through close collaboration with faculty, students, staff, and external partners, the team delivers user-centric, reliable, and compliant technology solutions. By combining analytics-driven decision-making with forward-looking strategies, this team plays a key role in shaping Tuck’s digital landscape and future readiness.
