The Client Technology Services team provides personalized IT support and expert guidance to faculty, staff, and students at Tuck. Using a consultative approach, the team delivers solutions for computing devices, and enterprise applications, emphasizing innovation, proactive service, and alignment with the school’s academic and administrative priorities. The team also supports the integration of new technologies such as generative AI into academic and work spaces, training students, faculty, and staff in the efficiencies it can provide. Through close partnerships within the Tuck community, the CTC team bridges technology, and user need to enhance productivity and collaboration.
Matt is a seasoned leader with nearly 20 years of experience managing teams in client-centric, technology-focused organizations. Driven by a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences, he emphasizes the professional development of each team member to facilitate their independence, growth and the success of the broader community. Through collaborative leadership, innovation, and a commitment to excellence, Matt continually strives to elevate both team performance and client satisfaction.
In September 2024, Matt joined the Tuck IT Team as the Assistant Director, Client Technology Services. Since then, he has collaborated with fellow Client Services team members to implement strategies that encourage proactive, dependable community engagement and support.
Kyle holds a bachelor of science degree in computer science and has over a decade of experience in electronics sales and repair across multiple organizations. Prior to joining the Tuck team, Kyle honed his technical skills at the Genius Bar in an Apple retail store, specializing in troubleshooting and device repair.
Since joining the Tuck IT team in September 2024, Kyle has dedicated himself to fostering meaningful connections within the Tuck community and delivering exceptional service and support. He enjoys learning about new technologies in order to keep up with the ever-evolving tech landscape.
Al has 40 years of experience in the IT field. It started with selling computer games at a local Radio Shack and building on that to a high-in-demand Computer Consultant for the store. From there, he went to work for a company called PC Central where he worked with a couple others on Tuck IT team. After that he had his own IT Consulting Firm for 10 years, until joining Tuck in 2012.
Al has been at Tuck for the past 12 years as part of the support team. He has also been a part of the IT Security team and has managed faculty and staff cellphones for the past 10 years.
Alton is a well-rounded professional with a broad range of experience, beginning his professional career as an international English teacher before transitioning to an IT based role. Prior to Tuck, Alton worked as a Hardware Support Engineer for a small tech company in New London, NH, ensuring the products’ success through effective client management and technical expertise. Alton strives to use his technical knowledge and multicultural communication skills to make each client interaction better than the last.
Alton has been with Tuck since September 2024. Since joining the team, he has spent time learning as much as he can: from meeting new people to further broadening his knowledge of all things tech. He brings a unique blend of skills to the client services team, taking every opportunity to not only solve client issues, but make them into a learning opportunity.
Jesse Rodimon is an Client Technology Consultant with a robust professional career. After graduating with a Bachelor of Sciences in Computer Science, Jesse worked in the mental health field as a counselor where they developed an empathetic client-centered mindset. After five years, Jesse decided to pursue a career in technology and joined Tuck in 2021.
Since joining Tuck, Jesse has been an integral member of the team, contributing to the school's technological landscape. Believing in the benefits of technology, Jesse has assisted in the implementation of many technologies that directly impact users. Throughout his work, Jesse keeps in mind the perspectives of the Tuck users and how to best implement and share these technologies with the Tuck community.
Jesse enjoys working for youth programs and engaging with games of all kinds. Jesse spent five years as a high school track coach, and they have dedicated three years to running Dungeons and Dragons sessions for after-school programs. Jesse's unique blend of interests and professional dedication makes them a valued contributor both within and beyond the realm of technology consulting.
