Through close collaboration with faculty, students, staff, and external partners, the team delivers user-centric, reliable, and compliant technology solutions. By combining analytics-driven decision-making with forward-looking strategies, this team plays a key role in shaping Tuck’s digital landscape and future readiness.

Joanna Lovett

Joanna has over 25 years of experience in IT support and management, specializing in user education and advocacy, process optimization and project management. Before joining Tuck, she worked as an IT support desk manager overseeing 5 technicians across 3 geographic locations for a transportation consulting firm in Cambridge, MA. 

Joanna joined the Tuck IT team in 2007, beginning as a support technician then transitioning to a business analyst and manager of the online services team. As the director of the newly created Business Transformation team, she will focus on delivering innovative technology solutions to enhance the student and staff experience.

IT Business Systems Analyst

Rod has over 20 years of experience in higher education IT, including roles in Client Services, AV, and Business Analytics. Prior to joining Tuck, Rod worked at the University of Pennsylvania and Williams College.  

Rod graduated from Dartmouth in 2003 and returned to join Tuck IT in 2010. Since then he has worked with many departments and individuals to help create tools and implement software and hardware solutions to expand the capabilities and improve the efficiency of groups across the school.  He is currently part of the Business Transformation group, working with others across Tuck IT and the school to find ways to use technology to enhance our students’ experiences here at Tuck.
