Hans-Peter Acker

Director of Infrastructure & Software Engineering

 Hans-Peter brings over 30 years of comprehensive IT leadership experience to Tuck School of Business, where he recently joined as Director of Infrastructure & Software Engineering. Originally from Switzerland and holding dual Swiss-US citizenship, Hans-Peter has been living in the United States for the past seven years. With a proven track record spanning technical strategy, digital transformation, and operational excellence, he will focus on delivering innovative technology solutions to enhance the student, faculty, and staff experience while ensuring robust, scalable infrastructure that supports Tuck's mission.

 Prior to joining Tuck, Hans-Peter spent almost 12 years at Microsoft, most recently as Senior Technology Strategist in Microsoft Education, where he worked with Higher Education and research institutions across the Northeast.  

Known for his collaborative leadership style and strategic mindset, Hans-Peter excels at aligning technology initiatives with organizational goals. His diverse background includes serving as Chief Information Officer at Basler Verkehrsbetriebe (public transportation in Switzerland) and holding executive roles at F. Hoffmann-La Roche. He holds a Swiss Federal Diploma in Business Management and a Professional Bachelor Degree in Computer Science. Hans-Peter is also a certified teacher who has taught Leadership and Management, Technical Business Administration, and Project Management.

Todd Weightman

Todd brings over 30 years of experience in IT, with deep expertise in infrastructure management, virtualization, cloud services, and network security. His career spans a variety of sectors including higher education, energy efficiency, luxury retail, and IT consulting, where he has led significant infrastructure upgrades, data center migrations, and security enhancements.

He joined the Tuck School of Business in 2014 and has played a key role in modernizing its IT infrastructure. Todd has led projects such as the migration to VxRail hyper-converged systems, the implementation of enhanced email security solutions, and the deployment of a new identity management platform. He also supports critical operations like student onboarding, automation scripting, and cross-functional collaboration with Dartmouth’s central IT team.

Outside of work, Todd is an avid reader, gamer, and proclaimed Nerd.  Is often found cruising on trips and listening to audio books. According to Amazon, Todd has consumed 3228 books and over 1008 audio books and is still going strong.

Born and raised in the Upper Valley, Tom has cultivated a strong foundation of education and experience in technology and business. He earned a bachelor of science in business from Norwich University, where he was a proud member of the Corps of Cadets. Building on this solid foundation, Tom pursued a master’s degree in cybersecurity from Southern New Hampshire University, reflecting his commitment to staying ahead in the rapidly evolving tech landscape.

Tom began his IT career repairing computers at the Dartmouth Computer Store, where he developed hands-on technical expertise and a deep appreciation for problem-solving. This early experience paved the way for his role as data center coordinator for Dartmouth, where he was instrumental in managing critical infrastructure to support the institution’s technology needs. Since 2016, Tom has served as an infrastructure engineer at the Tuck School of Business, applying a combination of technical acumen and strategic thinking to ensure robust, efficient, and secure IT operations.

Chris has over 15 years of experience in IT infrastructure, specializing in system architecture, cloud solutions, and endpoint management. Throughout his career, he has developed expertise in designing and implementing secure, efficient systems for organizations of all sizes.

Since joining Tuck in 2016, Chris has played a key role in optimizing IT operations to enhance the experience for students, faculty, and staff. He takes pride in creating solutions that keep technology seamlessly integrated into the school’s mission.

Tim has over 40 years of experience in software development, specializing in designing and developing database applications. Before joining Tuck, he served as a consultant for multiple Fortune 500 companies, providing tailored solutions to drive business success.

Tim has been part of the Tuck IT team for 30 years, where he focuses on delivering innovative software solutions to enhance the student and staff experience. He joined Tuck in 1994, expanding the IT department to 4 people. He was the lone developer in those days and his first project was to design and implement a comprehensive alumni database and gift recording system for Tuck. He's particularly proud of this initial work, as well as his work on TuckConnect and its predecessor, TuckStreams.

Jacob graduated from Brown University in 2023 with a degree in Computer Science, building a strong and versatile foundation in software engineering. After graduation, he joined WellSky as a Security Engineer, where he developed solutions to streamline operations and enhance the organization’s overall security posture. Most recently, he worked at Aetna on a major data warehouse migration project, contributing to critical infrastructure modernization efforts.

Jacob joined the Tuck IT team in 2025 as a Software Engineer. In this role, he will be focused on building and maintaining essential software applications that support the school’s operations and enhance the digital experience for faculty, staff, and students.

Outside of work, Jacob enjoys spending time outdoors — whether it’s running, hiking, or climbing. He’s also a big fan of old time folk music, and can occasionally be found playing the banjo.

Lindsey holds a bachelor's degree in computer science with a minor in mathematics from Oregon State University. She brings over four years of experience building, maintaining and improving software systems, with an emphasis on thoughtful design, reliability, and collaboration with both technical and non -technical partners.

Before joining Dartmouth, Lindsey worked as a Software Engineer at bioMérieux, where she built and supported software tools for research and development teams. Her work spanned web applications, data integrations, and development infrastructure, with a focus on improving reliability, streamlining workflows, and supporting complex technical environments.

Lindsey joined the Tuck IT team in 2026 as a Software Engineer. She is focused on developing and supporting software solutions that enable efficient operations and create intuitive, dependable digital experiences for the Dartmouth community.

Outside of work, Lindsey enjoys hands-on creative projects like ceramics and sewing, and makes time to get outdoors skiing and biking whenever she can.
