The Client AV Services team delivers comprehensive audio-visual support for classrooms, meetings, and special events at Tuck. Led by skilled AV technologists, the team ensures reliable, high-quality AV experiences aligned with Tuck’s educational mission and operational goals. Through proactive collaboration and continuous innovation, the team meets the evolving AV needs of students, faculty, and staff, enhancing communication and learning across campus.
Frank brings over a decade of experience in audiovisual technology, hybrid learning environments, and event production. Prior to joining Tuck, he supported classroom and event technology at Harvard University, working across the Faculty of Arts & Sciences and the School of Engineering and Applied Sciences. He also held AV leadership roles at Encore Boston Harbor and Wynn/Encore Las Vegas, managing large-scale AV operations and high-profile event execution.
Since joining the Tuck IT team in 2024, Frank has led the delivery and advancement of AV Services across classrooms, events, and academic programs. He is particularly focused on improving reliability, streamlining workflows, and creating seamless technology experiences for faculty, staff, and students.
Joseph has over 5 years of experience in audio/visual services, from installation and troubleshooting to classroom and event support. Before joining Tuck, he worked as an A/V technician in western New York doing classroom technology upgrades, large venue support and day-to-day operations and maintenance.
Joseph has been part of the Tuck AV department since Summer 2024, where he focuses on making Tuck classrooms and spaces as user friendly and approachable as possible, while providing instruction and guidance along the way.
Tucker joined Tuck in the fall of 2025, where he hopes to bring his skills in Zoom and automation to provide new and exciting functionality to Tuck classrooms and spaces.
Tucker started his audio/video career as an Event Support Technician at Dartmouth, supporting a wide variety of events from student movie nights to interviews with members of Congress. Prior to Dartmouth, Tucker earned a degree in Computer Engineering from NHTI and worked at Weidmann Electrical in St. Johnsbury, supporting and programming programmable logic controllers (PLCs). As an Event Technician, he honed his AV skills, and with his prior IT experience, he was promoted to Client Technology Consultant, A/V IT. From there, he expanded his skill set to include troubleshooting a variety of classroom A/V systems, training users to use Zoom and Zoom Rooms, and programming apps and automation workflows for himself and other departments.
