About Tuck IT
Tuck IT provides innovative, client-focused technology solutions that empower learning, teaching, and collaboration across the Tuck School of Business. Our teams: Client Services, Infrastructure and Software Engineering, and Business Transformation work together seamlessly to deliver reliable support, secure and scalable infrastructure, and forward-thinking digital systems. Guided by a commitment to excellence and proactive partnership, we bridge technology and community, driving success for faculty, students, and staff alike.
IT support is available Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. through the Tuck IT Help Desk. Audio-Visual (AV) support is available Monday through Thursday 8:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m., and Friday until 5 p.m. with extended coverage as required to meet classroom and event needs. After-hours, weekend, and holiday technology support is available via phone 24/7 through our trusted support partner, Coforge.

Leadership
The Tuck IT leadership team guides the strategic direction, planning, and delivery of technology services that empower the Tuck community and support the school’s mission.
Client Services
The Client Services team serves as the Tuck community’s primary technology support resource. It brings together three specialized groups: Client Technology Services, Client AV Services, and AV Engineering.
Infrastructure and Software Engineering
The Infrastructure and Software Engineering team ensures robust, secure, and scalable technology solutions to support academic excellence and administrative effectiveness.
Business Transformation
The Business Transformation team leads strategic initiatives to enhance Tuck’s online systems, applications, and digital processes, driving innovation and operational excellence aligned with the school's mission and priorities.

Support and training is available through the IT Help Desk. We also have a comprehensive library of technical knowledge base articles that can be found via WikiTuck.
